My experience at the hotel was quite a mix. On the one hand, the staff was incredibly helpful during my stay, and I truly felt supported by Angela and her team. However, the room felt dated and had some cleanliness issues that left a lot to be desired. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, easily accessible to transportation and local attractions, but the overall experience was marred by some unprofessional behavior from nighttime staff. Despite the low points, it did offer good value for what I paid.
